Summer Vitality - Guided Experience includes the full Self-Guided program, plus 3 weekly live sessions with Ilias for deeper support, integration and personal guidance.
This version is for those who want a more intimate and supported experience. Alongside the recorded Forrest Yoga and breath practices, we will meet live once per week to explore the themes of the program, ask questions, work with breath and energy, and reflect on how to stay connected to your body, rhythm and vitality through summer without forcing or overcommitting.
The guided group is limited to 8 participants, creating space for personal attention, sharing and direct support.
