Summer Vitality - Self-Guided

Summer Vitality is a 3-week online Forrest Yoga program designed to help you stay connected to your body, breath and rhythm through summer - without pressure, perfectionism or rigid discipline.

You will receive 6 recorded Forrest Yoga practices, released gradually over 3 weeks, plus short breath practices to support your nervous system, energy and inner steadiness. The practices are 25-30 minutes long and are designed to help you stay mobile, grounded, strong and connected, even when summer routines become irregular.

This version is ideal if you prefer to practice independently, at your own pace and according to your own schedule. You will have 4 months of access to the course material, so you can return to the practices throughout the summer and beyond.
